What is Karma?
What exactly is Karma?
If you do good things, good things will happen to you. If you do bad things, bad things will happen to you.
Karma, as a basic definition, is cause and effect.
Karma is defined differently depending on the religion. Hinduism, Sikhism, Buddhism, and Jainism are a few of the religions which have been associated with Karma. Unfortunately, I have not had much contact with any of these religions, and do not believe I would be able to pay due respect if I were to attempt to voice their beliefs.
If you adhere to one of the above listed belief systems / religions and would like to add your interpretation of Karma from the standpoint of your religion, please utilize the contact us page.
My understanding of Karma.
My understanding of Karma, on the other hand, is easy for me to express. Karma is cause and effect. If you do good things, good things will happen to you. If you do bad things, bad things will happen to you. The adage of, “Litter and it will hurt” could be associated with Karma as if you litter, you are hurting the environment which in turn hurts us all, and you. Being kind to one another may return unexpected results, possibly in unexpected forms.
With the assistance of visitors, I will work to include more information on this page.
